PflegeDigital is the digital platform for outpatient care services. In the development process, nurses from practice, together with nursing scientists and IT experts, were involved in the implementation and thus a tool for modern care was created. PflegeDigital offers answers to the challenges in nursing: simplicity in implementation, autonomy and motivation of employees, involvement of relatives, optimization of care budgets.
